SharpIR is one of the most important technologies in ATN ThOR 6 Mini. It processes the thermal image in real time and helps object contours appear clearer, especially when the background is complex, humidity is high or the target is partly hidden in vegetation.

In practical use, this means easier recognition of shape, movement and thermal silhouette. In total darkness, fog, cold mornings or dense terrain, the scope does not rely only on resolution, but also on intelligent processing that makes the image more readable and more useful for real hunting.

The scope offers six thermal palettes: White Hot, Black Hot, Iron Red, Alarm, Green Hot and Sepia. They allow the image to be adapted to terrain, temperature, background and eye comfort. For different firearms, distances and preferences, there are 10 reticle styles and reticle transparency control.

This matters in a thermal riflescope because a very bright or dense reticle can hide details on the thermal silhouette. Adjustable transparency helps preserve the aiming point without losing visibility of the target.

ThOR 6 Mini uses replaceable rechargeable 18650 batteries, with 2 batteries included in the set. For this model, the manufacturer lists about 8 hours of total operating time, approximately 4 hours per battery depending on usage mode. The USB Type-C port supports 5 VDC / 2A external power, useful during longer outings.

The body is made of magnesium alloy, with IP67 protection and an operating temperature range from -30°C to +55°C. The maximum recoil rating is listed as 6000 J / 1000 g acceleration over 0.4 ms, making the device suitable for serious use on hunting firearms.
